4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at checkout. We accept payments through secure third-party processors integrated via WooCommerce.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all products directly from our facility in Hatfield, Pennsylvania.
Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, customized or made-to-order items may not be refundable unless defective.
